Bring your piece home, try it in your space, and see how it feels.
If it doesn’t match your style or doesn’t look the way you imagined, you can exchange it within 5 days of delivery for another product of your choice. -

How do I care for glass décor items?
Clean gently with mild liquid soap and lukewarm water using a soft sponge or microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and sudden temperature changes.
How do I take care of metal pieces?
Wipe with a dry or lightly damp soft cloth.
Avoid harsh chemicals.
How do I maintain ceramic pieces?
Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth
Avoid strong scrubbing and thermal shock
How do I care for artificial florals?
Dust weekly with a soft microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, wipe gently with a damp cloth or use a cool blow-dryer gently. Keep away from harsh chemicals and flame.
Can décor items be kept in sunlight or near water?
Avoid prolonged sunlight and moisture to maintain finish and colour quality.
Are your products handmade?
Many pieces are handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, form, or finish are natural and add character.

How long does the styling process take?
You’ll receive your styling concepts within few days after sharing your details.

If you have just a few quick styling questions, we’re always happy to help. And yes — our curated styling service (worth ₹2,500) is complimentary when you shop products worth ₹9,500 or more.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders dispatch next day or within 1–2 business days depending on location.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
How are fragile items packaged?
We pack all fragile pieces with multiple layers of protective cushioning so they reach you safely. If, however, something arrives damaged, just share clear photos and a short unboxing video. Once verified, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or store credit — whichever you prefer.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but we are working on it.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES 🔄
Do you offer exchanges if the item doesn’t suit my space?
Yes — we offer a 5-Day Style Exchange.
If a piece doesn’t match your style or space once it arrives, you can exchange it within 5 days of delivery for another product of your choice.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and an unboxing video, and we’ll arrange a replacement after verification by our team. An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items.
Décor items are fragile and limited in quantity, so general returns are not available.
