Supper & Scene operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). We are a Unit of Em GEE Fashions LLP. Supper & Scene is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.
The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranties, limitations of liability, and acceptable use.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Services.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (the age of majority in India) and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.
To use the Services—including accessing our online store or making a purchase—you may be asked to provide certain information such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. We make every effort to provide accurate product information and imagery. However, actual product colors or appearance may differ slightly due to your device display, lighting, or natural variations in handcrafted items.
Because many of our products are handmade and artisan-finished, slight irregularities in color, texture, or finish are part of their unique charm and not considered defects.
All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or limit quantities available for sale.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Supper & Scene reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is accepted only when confirmed via email after successful payment processing.
Orders may be packed or dispatched before you are able to contact us and cannot be modified. If an order is refused or unaccepted on delivery, it will be considered a completed transaction and will not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange (except as described in our Refund & Exchange Policy).
Your purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export. We sell and ship to addresses within India only.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order placement, as shown in your confirmation email.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and payment information. You authorize us (or our payment providers) to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due.
Payment Security
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Shopify Payments). We do not store your full credit/debit card information. Our partners comply with PCI DSS standards to ensure safe transactions.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver within India only. Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.
If you suspect the package is damaged or tampered with, please record a short unboxing video before opening and contact us immediately at supperandscene@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9870452333.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We do not offer returns once an order has been successfully delivered.
However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll be happy to exchange it or issue store credit after verification.
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos and a short video of the issue. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website—including text, images, product photos, graphics, logos, designs, and layout—is owned by Supper & Scene or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may view or download materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use (such as reproduction, resale, or modification) without our prior written consent is prohibited.
All “Supper & Scene” names, logos, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Supper & Scene.

These are provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for their performance or accuracy. Your use of such tools is at your own discretion and risk.

Supper & Scene is powered by Shopify, which provides hosting and payment technology.
However, all sales and purchases are made directly between you and Supper & Scene. Shopify is not responsible for any product, service, or transaction-related issue between us and you.

All personal data collected through our store is governed by our Privacy Policy .

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, courier disruptions, or power outages).

These Terms and all related transactions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
