Shipping policy

1. Coverage & Delivery Areas

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time, but we look forward to expanding soon. We are bound by the delivery network of our logistics partners. If your address falls in an unserviceable area, our team will reach out to help find an alternative solution.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

Each Supper & Scene product is packed with great care to ensure it reaches you safely.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

During high-demand periods, festivals, or sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer — but we promise to keep you updated via email or WhatsApp.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Please note: Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on factors such as your location, distance, courier workload, and weather conditions. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Supper & Scene is not liable for courier delays once the order is in transit.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• The COD option is offered as a convenience, not a trial service. Full payment is required at the time of delivery.
• If a COD order is refused, unaccepted, or undelivered after 3 attempts, the order will be considered canceled and COD service may be disabled for future purchases.
• Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to receive the package.

5. Multiple Packages

Your order might arrive in multiple packages depending on item size, availability, or warehouse location. Don’t worry — you will only be charged one shipping fee per order.

You’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with tracking details once each package ships.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and link.
You can track your package in real-time using the link provided.

7. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails after three attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order will be marked as canceled and may not be eligible for re-dispatch or refund.
Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order.

8. Damaged, Missing or Tampered Packages

We take great care in packing fragile items securely.
However, in the rare event your parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please:

1. Record an unboxing video before opening the package.
2. Email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the parcel and contents.
3. Our team will verify and arrange for a replacement or store credit, as applicable.

Supper & Scene will not be able to process claims made after 24 hours of delivery.

9. Special Delivery Requests

If you have a specific delivery timeline (e.g., gifting, event setup), please mention it in the “Notes” section at checkout and/or email us at supperandscene@gmail.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

10. Modification After Dispatch

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled as it might be packed or shipped, by the time you contact us.  Refusing delivery at the doorstep will result in the order being marked as fulfilled, and future COD privileges may be restricted.
