Returns & Exchange Policy

At Supper & Scene, every piece is handpicked, quality-checked, and wrapped with great care so that it reaches your home safely.
We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved curating it for you!

However, since most of our products are fragile, handcrafted, and made in small batches, we are unable to offer returns once an order has been placed. That said, if something isn’t quite right, we’ll always make it right for you. 💛

1. When We Can Help

We’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product you received doesn’t match what you ordered.

If this happens:

  • Please share clear photos and an unboxing short video of the product and outer packaging within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Once verified, we’ll arrange an exchange or issue a store credit for the full product value (excluding shipping).

2. Eligibility Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and quick resolution:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Sale, discounted, custom, or bulk orders are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • Exchange or store credit will be issued after verification by our team only.

3. The Exchange Process

  1. Contact our team within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos/videos.
  2. Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup (where available) or guide you on how to return it safely.
  3. As soon as we receive and inspect your item, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  4. Store credits are valid for 3 months and can be used on any product across our website.

4. Modifications

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled as it might be packed or shipped, by the time you contact us.  Refusing delivery at the doorstep will result in the order being marked as fulfilled, and future COD privileges may be restricted.

5. Handcrafted Variations

Most of our products are crafted by hand — which means no two pieces are identical.
Slight variations in texture, color, or finish are natural which makes each piece truly one of a kind. These are not considered defects and add to the charm of handmade work.

6. Delivery Issues or Courier Delays

We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
If you notice any tampering with your parcel, please record a short video before opening and contact us immediately.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please reach out to us within 24 hours so we can assist you quickly.

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, courier delays caused by logistics, weather, or festivals are beyond our control — but rest assured, we’ll always help you track and resolve any issues.

7. Custom & Sale Orders

All customized, bulk, or sale products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
In case a product arrives damaged, we’ll happily assist you with a replacement or store credit.
